This series of scraper machines has a simple structure. The load of the entire scraper machine is applied to the center of the working bridge, and the scraper collection device is driven by the central driving mechanism to rotate. The top scraper collects the sludge at the bottom of the sedimentation tank into the central collection tank, and discharges it from the tank by static water pressure. This machine is used for radial flow sedimentation tanks with smaller diameters.

control system
The control system can be selected or provided by the user, and can be used by connecting it to the power supply on site.
On site start stop control buttons are used on the electrical control box, which is equipped with equipment start and stop buttons as well as start, stop, and accident signal lights. To save energy consumption, all signal lights are energy-saving and equipped with motor protectors inside the electrical control box. The control cabinet can be equipped with a PLC remote control interface. This electrical control box adopts carbon steel anti-corrosion or stainless steel shell, and is rainproof outdoors.
